b'ThepoemoftheEarthistheinexorablesurrenderoftheinnerexperiencebyearthlymeans.Thoughtgiveswaytothought,creatinganemotionalstructurethatdrawsoutorinspiresthosewhohavefeltorexperiencedit.Butthecreationofapoemtakesplaceaccordingtothesamelaw(orprinciple)thatisanalogoustothatwithinthesphere.So,thepoemofthesphereisalsothecomingtogetherofsphericalwavesofjoy,inwhichtheotherworldlyeyeworkswiththeotherworldlymateriality.Thesphericalinhabitantsexpressthemselvesincolouredforms,sincetheyaresphericalwavesandmadeofotherworldlymaterial,andcolouristhestrongestexpressionoftheotherworldly,accompaniedbysoundthatwemightcall,music.The importance of (cosmic) light is a common theme. Almost inevitably, this lightwhichequateswithlifeaswellasspiritoccupiesonlyafragmentofthecomposition.Large,darkformsdominate.Forexample,inthecaseofFaithintheProtectionoftheLight(fig.11),ablueglowingjewellikeformresiststhedarksubterraneanlandscapeandtheunblinkingeyesofthetroglodytesthatinhabitit.Similarly,inFearofLight(fig.12),theyellowraysinthetopleftcornerrenderimmobilethelargezoomorphicformthatdominatesthecomposition.Lightistruth,shewritesontheverso,Howmanypeoplesufferfromthisfearwhentheylosethepathoftruthforthesakeofmaterialgainandbendbeforethemomentthatwillexposethem?Inonlyoneoftheknown works does the light of the spirit dominate the composition, in an untitled gouachepaintingfeaturingahuge,corn-dollycruciformshapethatseemstopartthespikylandscapemadeupofdaemonicfiguresoneithersideofit(fig.13).Arecurringformresemblespointedflowerpetals.TheyareclearinPropellerAmoebaPair(fig.14).Inotherworks,theyundergovariousbiomorphictransformations.Ahuman-likevisagein4'
